The area of the basic fortified structure is approximately 84 SqM. (net) and can contain some 366 soldiers and their equipment for a short period or 168 soldiers for longer periods.

Small-arms fire – up to and including 0.5 in. Direct hit and near miss by rocket – up to and including 122 mm. Near miss from car bomb with 2.5 tons of explosive (!).
Fast preparation and leveling of the area prior to the structure’s erection. Positioning of structure’s sections, strengthened at the ground floor level (the basic units is a combination of 29 fortified elements (22 20-foot units and seven 40-foot units). Filling units with dirt/sand/concrete through a roof opening. Placement of roof elements, connecting and closing roof. Filling roof elements with a 50 cm. layer of concrete (alternatively a 100 cm. sand layer) via roof openings.
Crane truck / medium sized mobile crane (80 tons) Tractor / Power Shovel / Digger + locally available soil, sand or gravel. Alternatively “Big Bags” for filling with soil/ sand pump / and installed in the sections using the crane. After use, the sections can be removed behind the lines, without heavy cranes, for reuse.
