Project designation:
The purpose of the project: making an institutional protected space (education) for a kindergarten and scout tribe in Ramat Gan. The project includes a building leading to an educational institution in the Ramat Gan area.
The area of the building is 15 square meters net.
Construction method:
Type: mobile structure (the building is transported for placement).
Planning: The design was carried out by the company A - S.I.P.H. in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Defense for the protected zone of educational institutions and the portfolio of products for educational institutions was approved by the signature of engineers of the Ministry of Defense.
Placement: The building was placed on a pre-prepared territory according to the model that was given to the customer.
Building foundation: the structure was placed in the field on a slab base and compacted soil prepared by the client.
Preparation of the building: the construction was carried out at the production plant in accordance with the standards, and the planning was carried out under the supervision of engineers in accordance with the construction standards and the customer's requirements.
Accessories:
Door protection: entrance for maximum protection against threats from above and debris according to the reference scenario of the Ministry of Defense.
Protective frames: accessories in the institutional protective space are the entrance doors of the institution, which correspond to the plan approved by the Ministry of Defense. The window is stationary, ventilation pipes, all frames in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Defense in protected premises.
Building accessibility: The building is accessible for people with disabilities.
Auxiliary accessories: electrical system and lighting system in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Defense, including emergency lighting and ventilation.
Home ventilation and filtration system: (180/480), chemical toilets, curtain for filtration system, portable water tank for 150 liters, signs and luminous paint.
Delivery package to the customer: includes plans for standard signs for frames and electrical approval, laboratory tests
Approval for form 4 of the GA for the structure: receiving approval from the GA for the above structure as part of the service to the customer.
